Sam’s background is largely marine-based with a BSc in Oceanography and Marine Biology. As the original ‘spannerfish’, he has a wealth of experience in just about every conceivable marine activity.

Kelsey’s background is in Construction Project Management and Contracting. More spanner than fish, Kelsey keeps a tight hold on
the operational and program nuts and bolts.

Paul Ferris, Marine Engineer, has 20 years experience, operating, maintaining and managing vessels and heavy plant throughout
the Caribbean and provides the backbone to our construction
and engineering projects.

He is responsible for the vessels, plant and employees on the ground, often working under difficult conditions, always smiling…
