Marine Survey: In St. Lucia there is only one registered Surveyor. We offer Survey services to enhance the services we offer to the charter fleets and vessels listed for brokerage. Alongside this our Surveyor is registered as an Associate of a number of International Insurance agencies and Investigative Associations. Currently we perform around 20 surveys and investigations per annum. The types of surveys on offer are Condition and Valuation survey: normally on behalf of Insurance Underwriters and Financial Institutions or pre-purchase owners. A full inspection, qualified valuation and recommendation reports.

	New construction or repair survey: surveys for the financial backer or owner. Detailed reports throughout the phases of work.
	Casualty Survey: Often required by Insurance Underwriters or P&I clubs. Survey report on the scope of damages, repairs required, costs and causes.
	Hull and Machinery Survey: Reports on the states of individual parts of vessels.
	Salvage Survey: Report on recommended salvage method and contractor.
	Viability Survey: Report on Marine Industries and viability of work.
	Investigative Survey: Theft, damage or fraud investigations.
	Cargo Survey: Investigation and Administration of lost or damaged cargoes
