Yacht Management: Many yachts are left for periods in marinas. The owners of these vessels often require somebody to look over the vessel or for work to be conducted on the vessel whilst they are not in attendance. We will provide the service of attending to these needs on a flat fee or per job fee. Our work force has a proven record and written recommendations from previous clients. We will indemnify all work conducted and provide a period of guarantee. For overseeing a vessel left in the boatyard or on a berth a fixed term contract will be provided listing all services agreed. Yacht Charters: Often the owners of vessels require the vessel to make an income whilst it is left in port. We offer a service of crewed and bareboat charters utilizing the tour operators in St. Lucia and Worldwide charter brokers. Sales Brokerage: providing a web site and sales staff that list vessels for sale and links into other sites throughout the world. In addition the broker shows vessels to prospective buyers on behalf of the owners and a commission is charged after a successful sale. |
