Our surveys will evaluate the risk of damage from storm surge, swells and general boat traffic and also identify and assess
any risks that may be relevant to Public Liability Insurance.

We will provide recommendations for any repair works and Health and Safety measures that need to be undertaken to satisfy your insurance criteria.

CMS are also able to provide damage assessment reports,
to assist your loss adjusters on any claims made against policies. For dock and boat owners, our Inspection and Maintenance service is aimed at increasing the longevity of your dock structures and reducing any losses, including risks
to your person, property or third parties. As well as decreasing your insurance premiums by identifying and eliminating risk.

Reports are tailored to your specific
requirements but can include:

  the survey both above water and underwater.
• Detailed fabric condition and structural reports.
• Detailed MEP condition reports
• Identification of risks to the structure itself, vessels, third parties and the public.

• Propose regular Inspection and Maintenance programmes.

In addition CMS can provide quotations for undertaking
any recommended works and/or identify and manage subcontractors as necessary to ensure that works
are carried out correctly and within budget.
